30-Day Window

POLICY: Most items are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

Unopened & Unused

POLICY: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Opened/installed flooring or tiles aren’t returnable.

Tiles & Stone

POLICY: Unopened full boxes only, within 30 days. In-store return required (no parcel shipping for tiles/stone).

Exchanges & Credit

POLICY: You may choose an exchange or a store credit. Refunds go to the original payment method.

In-Store Drop-Off (Fastest)
  • Bring eligible items with receipt to our showroom.
  • Tiles/stone: in-store only. No courier returns for these heavy/fragile items.
Courier Return (Small Items/Furniture Parts)
  • Request a prepaid label or ship with your own carrier (tracked).
  • Return shipping is customer-paid unless damaged/defective on arrival.
Large Item Pickup (Furniture)
  • We can arrange a pickup for eligible furniture.
  • Pickup fees apply based on distance/size (POLICY: “minimal gas fee”; quotes provided before booking).

Do you deliver to apartments/condos?

Yes. Please ensure elevator/doorway clearance and book the elevator if required. Additional handling fees may apply for stairs or special access.

Can I return extra boxes of tiles?

Yes, if they’re unopened full boxes within 30 days. Returns are in-store only for tiles and stone.

Do you offer assembly or installation?

We do not install flooring or tiles. We can assemble furniture we deliver—ask for a quote when booking delivery.

How much is delivery or pickup?

POLICY: We charge a minimal gas fee for delivery/pickups. Many local deliveries are free; out-of-area fees apply. We’ll confirm costs before booking.
