Our Shipping Promise

We ship with trusted carriers and coordinate delivery to make things simple. Shipping charges vary by item size/weight and destination. We’ll always confirm the best available rate before you approve your order—no surprise fees.

Where We Ship

  • Local Delivery: Greater Surrey (BC) and Greater Edmonton (AB). Local deliveries are often low-cost and faster.
  • Across Canada: We ship to other provinces with custom freight quotes.
  • United States: Limited availability; contact us for a quote.
  • No P.O. Boxes: We’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

How Will My Order Ship?

Orders typically fall into one of two shipping types:

Small Items

  • Parcel carriers (tracked)
  • Delivery speed shown at checkout or on your quote
  • Ideal for lighter décor or accessories
  • Most in-stock items ship same or next business day

Large Items

  • Specialized freight carriers
  • Delivery method confirmed before booking (e.g., curbside; room-of-choice where available)
  • We’ll provide a custom quote for your address
  • Most in-stock items ship same or next business day

Delivery Types (What to Expect)

Type What It Means
Parcel (Doorstep) Tracked delivery to your door. Signature may be required based on carrier rules.
Curbside Freight Driver delivers to curb/driveway. You bring items inside and handle assembly/disposal.
Room-of-Choice (If Available) Carrier brings items to your chosen room. Availability depends on location, item, and carrier.

We’ll confirm the available delivery options and exact charges with you before booking.

Shipping Rates & Quotes

  • Local (Surrey & Edmonton): Often minimal cost; timing and fees confirmed at checkout or by our team.
  • Other Provinces: We’ll send a quick custom quote based on carrier rates, distance, weight/volume, and service type.
  • Remote/Hard-to-Access Areas: Surcharges may apply; we’ll confirm options before you approve.
  • Stairs/Elevator/Access: Please let us know about stairs, narrow hallways, or elevator bookings so we can plan properly.

Tracking & Communication

You’ll receive tracking updates by email (and SMS if provided). For freight deliveries, carriers may contact you to schedule an appointment.

Handling Times

In-stock items usually ship the same or next business day. During peak periods or for oversized items, an extra business day may be required.

Damages or Issues

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours with photos/video so we can make it right. Keep all packaging until we advise next steps.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

International Shipping

We currently ship across Canada and select U.S. destinations by request. For other international locations, please contact us for availability and a quote.
